How do I know what size to order?
See the Size and Fit Guide in the Catalog section of our website. We’re also happy to help you figure out the right size to order. Send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your questions.
Do you only sell your blouses online?
Yes, we only sell through our online store at this time. We are planning to hold pop-ups in major cities in the future – let us know (email@example.com) if you’d like to see us where you live.
When will my order ship after I have placed an order?
We will ship within 1 to 2 days after your order is placed. You'll receive an email when your order has shipped.
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide free shipping via USPS on all orders delivered to addresses within the continental U.S.
For 2-day priority shipping, there is a flat shipping cost of $15.
Do you ship internationally?
As a rule, we don’t ship internationally at this time. But sometimes we bend the rules.
Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you'd like to discuss an international order. We may ship to select countries outside of the U.S. For international orders, buyer is responsible for shipping costs and duties. There are no returns/exchanges for international orders.
How do I return an item?
All returns must be sent back within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. We will cover the shipping cost for your return. To process a return, send us an email (email@example.com) with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a shipping return label.
When you return an order, all items must: 1) be in new condition, with no visible damage, 2) have all tags attached, 3) be returned in the original packaging, and 4) be sent back with a copy of the return authorization provided to you with your return shipping label.
Lily Kastur reserves the right to not accept returns that don’t meet the above requirements.
How do I exchange an item?
We will cover the shipping cost for your exchange. To process an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if I receive damaged items?
We’re sorry if you receive damaged items and we will help to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible. Please send us an email (email@example.com), including your order number, along with a picture and description of the damaged item.
How do I launder my blouse?
See Garment Care in the Catalog section of our website for our recommended instructions for laundering and caring for your blouse.
Will my blouse shrink in the washing machine?
All of our blouses are made of 100% woven cotton fabric and will shrink slightly over time from washing due to cotton’s natural properties. The fabric vendors’ guidelines for expected fabric shrinkage is roughly 1-2% of original fabric size. To minimize shrinkage, our care instructions recommend air drying blouses.
What if I lose or break a button?
We include extra buttons with each blouse you purchase so you can easily replace a lost or broken button. Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you find that you need a replacement and those extra buttons are nowhere to be found.
